Our 304 stainless steel pipeline magnetic filter is a professional liquid iron removal device specially designed for water treatment and chemical fluid filtration systems.

The whole tank body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with mirror polished surface, smooth inner wall, no dead corners, anti-rust and corrosion resistant, suitable for various acidic, alkaline chemical liquids and water medium.

Built-in high-strength permanent magnetic rods inside the filter tank, it can efficiently adsorb tiny iron filings, metal rust slag, iron particles and metal impurities mixed in flowing liquid. It effectively prevents metal foreign matters from blocking pipelines, damaging pumps, valves and precision downstream equipment, greatly reducing equipment failure rate and maintenance cost.

Adopt flange / quick open clamp connection structure for optional installation. The top quick-opening cover allows fast disassembly and convenient manual cleaning of magnetic rods without complex tools. The sealed rubber gasket provides good leak-proof performance under normal working pressure.

This liquid magnetic pipeline filter is widely used in chemical fluid circulation, industrial circulating water, wastewater treatment, coating, printing and dyeing, food beverage processing, pharmaceutical liquid filtration and other liquid production lines.
